FAQ
The Process in Detail
“Coaching competencies” refer to the skills and mindset required to draw out the abilities and behaviors that already exist within people. The underlying belief is that every person possesses all the necessary potential, but often lacks the means to access it. This is why an employee may seem unmotivated, why someone keeps treading water, or why they fall back into the same old patterns. We help, through the targeted use of coaching techniques, to unlock these resources and successfully tackle challenging and complex tasks.
In this basic module, you will learn about structures, question forms, and interventions of development-oriented leadership and consulting. The basis for goal-oriented development is the establishment of a professional relationship. Appropriate management of closeness and distance is a part of this. In a micro-coaching session with a trainer, you will have the opportunity to align your goals and expectations. We invite you to engage in an exchange of constructed realities. Here's what you will learn specifically:
- The COACH model as a guiding thread for the process Promoting self-responsibility through solution-focused questions Systemic thinking model in leadership and consulting Unleashing potentials Wearing the consultant hat
When familiar thought patterns reach their limits, we use so-called analog methods (symbolic work) that, in contrast to the digital approach (thinking through), comprehensively capture problem situations and thus make them solvable in a holistic way. Humor is one of the quickest ways to gain new perspectives. We must differentiate between humorous assistance and cynical demoralization. Here's what you will learn specifically:
- Utilize patterns of success Recognize basic motives Consider personality types Use humor as a tool Deliver criticism effectively
The step from realization to implementation is greater for many people than expected. Here we need psychological techniques to increase the likelihood of implementation. That is the core of this module. Every change needs emotions as carriers of this individual change process. How we use emotions in others and ourselves is therefore essential for the success of implementation. Indirect approaches have proven to be particularly effective. You will learn the following specifically:
- Promote sustainability
- Avoid procrastination
- Make decisions
- Ensure implementation
- Generate and utilize emotions
