Whether it’s video coaching as an online format, in-person sessions at our Denkbar location, or at your office—whatever works best for you. Our reflection letters and tools can also be useful to you. We work internationally and provide coaching in German and English. You can clarify the exact format during a non-binding preliminary consultation. After all, it’s all about you and your personal development!

The Coaching Process
6 Steps to Measurable Success
Zeroth Conversation
In the first step, we clarify the common working basis. Non-binding and free of charge for 30 minutes. With 'sleeping on it overnight,' you decide for or against collaboration. 'What do we need from each other to decide if we can and want to work together effectively towards our goals?'
Goal clarification
Here we clarify what exactly is to be achieved. What goals are being pursued? Why? And for what purpose? What are the expected impacts? What is already being built upon? You can see, questions upon questions, because the more precisely defined the destination, the more efficient the path.
Profiling
Upon request, we create your individual personality profile to help you better recognize and utilize your own preferences. It is meaningful and scientifically based. Additionally, we also offer location assessments and potential analyses.
Profiler of PersonalitySolution path
Methodically guided, you walk your path to the right solution. As a coach, we support the walking, you determine the direction. If desired, we support the analysis, such as with the 'Team Climate Inventory' or with the 'Profiler of Personality'. What needs to be approached methodically guided? What is a meaningful common thread?
Result assurance
Securing patterns of success, utilizing new insights consistently, and celebrating results are all part of this phase. We pass on our knowledge of methods so that you can continue to work with them in the future. How do you secure the results and patterns of success?
Data transfer security
We already set up the process in a way that supports the transfer. But sometimes, we all fall victim to the 'organizational inertia'. In those cases, it helps to meet or hear from each other again after around 1/2 year. How stable are the good results and insights?

In essence, we only need two terms for this topic: "efficiency" and "effectiveness." We translate this as "doing things right and doing the right things." This paves the way out of the hamster wheel. You have to walk it yourself - the first steps with our guidance, which also means monitoring accountability on this topic.
F. Malik aptly noted, when asked how to recognize a leader: 'She decides.' When facing a significant decision-making situation, we can increase the quality of your decision through suitable methods. Final thinking - thoroughly thinking through a decision to the end or using the method of opposition (see ManagerSeminare, 2007) can be helpful.
If you want to enable the motivation of your employees, simple motivation tricks fall short. It's about genuine interest in the other person. Everyone is influenced by their basic motives; recognizing and purposefully utilizing them has proven to be valuable.
Transitions or crises are just as much a part of human development as the opposite pole of constancy and success. Emphasizing and panicking about a crisis unilaterally supports the well-known effect of the "self-fulfilling prophecy". Equally unhelpful is the principle of "closing one's eyes and pushing through", which many business leaders like to adopt for self-protection.
Formulating one's own mission statements and appropriately symbolizing them while considering the organizational culture is one of the key factors for leadership success. By having a critical sparring partner, one's own profile is sharpened before it is activated.
