AI and Leadership
Artificial intelligence is transforming our working world like never before. In particular, the demands on leadership are changing as well. We developed and implemented a pilot project early on to prepare leaders for the impact of AI. Our focus here is not simply on learning prompts or using current tools. These change so rapidly that practical knowledge quickly becomes outdated. We go deeper. Our goal is to make you AI-ready as a leader. The format ranges from a 2-hour kick-off workshop to an intensive one-day session.
