They watch the stage from the balcony and occasionally offer slightly sarcastic commentary. Your task now is to look down on your company from above, as if you were not a part of it. Picture your company on the stage in front of you and take an honest look at this entity.

  Step 2 Most of our clients found it easiest to start at the top of the model with the triangle in the center and then examine all aspects from top to bottom. Since this is a holistic model, you can also choose the order that best fits your way of thinking. The only important thing is to use all the scales.
  The scale ranges from 0 = not very pronounced to 10 = very pronounced in all areas. Use the entire range and mark the appropriate box for each one. Now that you have reviewed the seven areas of the triangle, turn your attention to the three areas of the outer circle.
  
  Variation B—Cross-Check: To broaden your perspective, first share the model with a colleague without explaining your reasoning, asking them to offer their perspective. Then discuss your respective viewpoints and jointly determine the next steps.
• Step 3 Now use the action plan to document your findings.
• Step 4 Identify the developments with the greatest leverage. As an entrepreneur, you know: The more concrete, the better!
